The children were in fact abducted by Chabad-Lubavitch

This website is not about the Chabad-Lubavitch organization. Nevertheless, the
facts show that several members of the the Chabad-Lubavitch organization are
directly involved in this abduction, and these facts cannot be ignored.

At the time of the abduction, the 3 children were full time students at The Hebrew
Academy Community School in Margate, Florida. Yehezkel Hanan was studying
in EC-4, while Israel Haim and Yoshua Itai were studying in EC-2. Their mother,
Smadar Hameiry, was working as a full time Kindergarden teacher at the school.

Following the abduction, the children's father repeatedly tried to contact
Rivka Denburg, the principal at the school, and her husband "Rabbi" Yossi Denburg,
the school's dean, in order to try to obtain information to try to understand
what happened and why did his wife decided to leave the country.

Not only did Yossi and Rivka Denburg refused to talk to the children's father, but
the children's father was not even allowed to speak to any of the children's
teachers who might have been able to provide some information about what happened,
and he was not even allowed to speak to Smadar Hameiry's co-workers at the school.

Following the abduction, the children's father discovered that 2 Florida attorneys,
Howard Poznanski and Diana Levy assisted Smadar Hameiry with the abduction.
Both of them are also related to the Chabad-Lubavitch Organization.

Later on, the children's father discovered that several Chabad "Rabbis" in Brazil also
assited Smadar Hameiry as soon as she arrived. Chabad "Rabbi" Shaya Pasternak convinced
Smadar Hameiry to put her children in the local Chabad-Lubavitch school, and the school
principal, Chabad "Rabbi" Moti Begun accepted the children in the school knowing
that the children were abducted, and also, did not charge Smadar any tuition fees.

What do these people in Florida and Brazil have in common? They are all affiliated
with the Chabad-Lubavitch organization. Both the school in Florida and the school
in Brazil offered free tuition for the children, so they could get the children.

If you have ever donated money to Chabad-Lubavitch, now you know what your money
is being used for. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO CHABAD-LUBAVITCH, NEVER AGAIN!

Everyday, we are being shocked by new revelations of just how much involved
various members of the Chabad-Lubavitch organization are in this abduction.
Maybe Smadar Hameiry lied to them, maybe she made up stories about her husband
and about not having a visa. Nevertheless, there is a limit to stupidity. It's
one thing to believe Smadar Hameiry's stories, and another very different thing
to get actively involved with the abduction of 3 innocent Jewish children.

On February 2007, the children were registered for the 2007-08 at a different school in Boca Raton.
According to Smadar, when people at the Hebrew Academy became aware that the children had
been registered in a different school for the next school year, they became very angry.
Also, according to Smadar, they started treating her and the children very badly.

Smadar told her husband that she wanted to remove the children from the school immediately
and that she preferred that the children would not be in school rather than they would be
in that school. The Hebrew Academy never sent any info about the children to the new
school, even after Smadar and her husband insisted that they send the info.

While this is officially and technically an obvious case of an International Parental Abduction,
it is interesting to note, that the net result of this parental abduction was to keep the children
in a Chabad-Lubavitch school, against the wishes of their parents. And also, that both the
Chabad-Lubavitch school in Florida and the one in Brazil invested time and money to achieve
this. And also, that the only people who have "assisted" Smadar Hameiry with the abduction
(other than her parents and 2 brothers) are all related to the Chabad-Lubavitch movement.

In February 2007 people at the Hebrew Academy found out and became angry that the children were going
to be removed from the Chabad-Lubavitch school, in March 2007 the children were abducted to Brazil,
and in April 2007 the children were already studying at the Chabad-Lubavitch school in Brazil.

The following quotes were obtained from Rabbis, educators, and other members of the
South Florida Jewish Community, during the investigation: "Everybody knows that the
Hebrew Academy does everything illegal", "Chabad is good at 2 things: They know how
to manipulate people, and they know how to take money from people", "Yossi Denburg
is a criminal", "Chabad is a religious cult", "Chabad is a different religion",
"Chabad Kashrut is not Kosher", "Chabad Rabbis are not real Rabbis".

Studies of the psychological aspects of cults focus on the individual person, and factors relating to the
choice to become involved as well as the subsequent effects on individuals. Under one view, an important
factor is coercive persuasion which suppresses the ability of people to reason, think critically, and
make choices in their own best interest. Studies of religious, political, and other cults have
identified a number of key steps in this type of coercive persuasion:

1. People are put in physically or emotionally distressing situations;
2. Their problems are reduced to one simple explanation, which is repeatedly emphasized;
3. They receive unconditional love, acceptance, and attention from a charismatic leader;
4. They get a new identity based on the group;
5. They are subject to entrapment (isolation from friends, relatives, and the
   mainstream culture) and their access to information is severely controlled.

During the time that Smadar Hameiry worked at the Hebrew Academy Community School in Margate,
Florida, she told her husband that everything in the school is done illegally and that if
people knew what was happening at the school, everyone would remove their children.
According to Smadar Hameiry, the Hebrew Academy Community School engaged in fraudulent
practices to obtain government money. The school also engaged in tax evasion in various
forms, including employment tax fraud. Rivka Denburg was abusive to her and to other
employees at the school. Even people who were employed legally by the school, were
treated badly, they were underpaid and their salary was usually paid late.

While Smadar Hameiry was never happy with the school, just like many others working there,
the problems with the school greatly increased after the children were registered at a
different school for the coming 2007-08 school year. As part of the admission process, the
new school requested the childrens transcript from the Hebrew Academy. When people at the
Hebrew Academy found out that the children had been registered at a different school, they
became extremely angry with Smadar and asked her why did she dare to enroll the children at
a different school after everything they had done for her. Smadar told her husband that the
people at the Hebrew Academy were "very bad people" and that she wanted to remove the children
immediately from that school. She told her husband that she constantly needed to check on the
children to see if the children were not being hurt. From the day that the Hebrew Academy found
out the children were not coming back for the next year, and until the day she left the USA,
Smadar Hameiry constantly told her husband that she wanted to remove the children immediately
from the Hebrew Academy, because the children were not safe at the school.

On April 23, 2007, someone from the Hebrew Academy Community School told the children's father
that Rivka Denburg "convinced" Smadar Hameiry to abduct the children to Brazil in
order to protect the "financial interests" of the school. On July 17, 2007,
Howard Poznansky, who represented Smadar Hameiry during the divorce trial in Florida, told
the children's father that "Rivka Denburg was the one who came up with the whole idea of
abducting the children to Brazil". But why would Rivka Denburg, principal of the Hebrew Academy,
tell a kindergarten teacher at her school to abduct three children from the school and take
them to Brazil? Rivka Denburg also sent Smadar Hameiry with Diana Levy and Howard Poznanski
so they could assist her in abducting the children to Brazil. And when Smadar arrived in Brazil,
she was immediately contacted by the local Chabad-Lubavitch school in Sao Paulo so she would
put the children in the school. And they offered her FREE tuition to convince her! Additionally,
the Chabad school in Sao Paulo hired a psychologist for the children so they could get used to
living without their father! Chabad intends to keep the children away from their father.

The evidence clearly indicates that Chabad-Lubavitch was directly involved and is responsible for the abduction
of the three children and is also responsible and directly involved in keeping the three children in Brazil.

Argentina, where a father was separated from his children by Chabad. Apparently, Chabad is in the business of stealing
children away from their parents, so they can put them in a Chabad school and educate them "the Chabad way".

What is "the Chabad way"? The Chabad way is certainly not the Jewish way. Chabad is a very dangerous religious cult.
Since the dead of their Rabbi, the Lubavitcher Rebbe, in 1994, Chabad has been losing lots of people. Why? Because
Chabad still says that their Rabbi is the Messiah. But their Rabbi is dead, and according to Judaism, a dead man
cannot be the Messiah. Apparently, Chabad "Rabbis" have decided to increase the number of Jews who believe that
their dead Rabbi is the Messiah, by educating as many Jewish children as possible, and brain washing them into
believing that their dead Rabbi is the Messiah. And if they have to kidnap a few Jewish children to achieve
their goal, so be it. The goal justifies the means for these crazy professional criminals.

It appears that Chabad, in a systematic manner is involved in separating Jewish children from their parents to get them
educated "the Chabad way". Similar stories are being heard in Argentina, Brazil, USA, Israel, Russia and Ukraine. It always
starts the same way: When parents put their children into a Chabad school. Most of the parents in these stories put their
children into a Chabad school because they were offered FREE tuition for their children. Different strategies are used by
Chabad to separate the children from their parents, but there is a lot in common in all those stories. Chabad "Rabbis" and
their accomplices get away with it by providing false testimony to the courts and to the police, and by paying bribes.

!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN, DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILDREN INTO A CHABAD SCHOOL !!!

While most American Jews consider Chabad to be just another form of Orthodox Judaism, every Rabbi in Israel,
where religion is taken much more seriously, consider Chabad to be a completely different religion!

Rabbi Shach, who was considered for many years the leader of Orthodox Judaism,
advocated a complete boycott of Chabad, its institutions and projects.

When asked which religion was theologically closest to Judaism, Rabbi Shach responded "Chabad".

Rabbi Shach described Schneerson as "the madman who sits in New York and drives the whole world crazy."

In 1996 the largest Orthodox group in the United States, the Rabbinical Council of America, approved a resolution
that read: "In the light of disturbing developments which have recently arisen in the Jewish Community, the Rabbinical
Council of America in convention assembled declares that there is not and has never been a place in Judaism for the
belief that the Messiah will begin his mission only to experience death, burial and resurrection before completing it."

On January 17, 2000, the Chief Rabbinate of Israel released the following announcement:
"Individuals who are undesirable in the eyes of rabbinic scholars are exploiting the signatures of Rabbis
and turning the simple faith in the coming of the Messiah into propaganda whose end cannot be foreseen.
One must be careful and warn people that one must believe in the straightforward faith that the Messiah
will come as our Rabbis have taught us, and anyone who adds diminishes."

If anything can be learned from this story, it is that, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO A CHABAD SCHOOL. NEVER!
If your children are now attending a Chabad-Lubavitch school, remove them IMMEDIATELY
and send them to a regular Jewish school, a non-Chabad school.

Also, NEVER GIVE ANY MONEY TO CHABAD. If you want to give charity, give to a Jewish organization, not to Chabad.

CHABAD-LUBAVITCH IS NOT A JEWISH ORGANIZATION, KEEP YOURSELF, YOUR CHILDREN, AND YOUR MONEY, AWAY FROM IT!

If the children would have not been registered in a Chabad school, they would have probably not been abducted.
Chabad-Lubavitch is very much involved and directly responsible for the abduction of these children to Brazil.

We have become aware that already several people involved with Chabad have checked the facts mentioned in this website
about the direct involvement and responsibility of Chabad in this abduction, and have decided to stop giving money
to Chabad and their fake "Rabbis", they have decided to remove their children from Chabad schools, they have
decided to move to non-Chabad synagogues, and they have decided to separate themselves from Chabad.

The objective of Chabad is to convert all Jews to "Chabad Jews" - and the end justify the means.

the Chabad people mentioned in this website, to contact the Chabad schools in Florida and Brazil mentioned in
this website, to discover what really is Chabad, to leave Chabad, and to come back to true Judaism.
