Problems with the Police Investigation in this case

Details of the Police investigation remain confidential. All the information on this page has
been obtained by sources other than any officials involved with the Police investigation.
The Police investigation was handled by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO).

The children were kidnapped by their non-custodial mother Smadar Hameiry on 20-March-2007.
This is a crime called International Parental Abduction. In this case, an additional
crime called Interference With Custody was also commited.

Legal experts who have reviewed this case have indicated that Smadar Hameiry is also guilty
of a crime called Concealing Minors Contrary to Court Order. This is because
Smadar Hameiry has refused to return the children to Florida even after she was properly
served and responded to the Custody Orders issued by the Florida Court during the Florida
divorce proceedings. Smadar Hameiry is also fully aware of the fact that the Florida
divorce was finalized on September 4, 2007, and that she lost legal custody of the
children because she kidnaped them to Brazil on March 20, 2007.

As of the time this page was written, no criminal charges have been filed against Smadar Hameiry despite
the fact that legal experts and everyone else agrees that clearly a crime was commited in this case.

It should be stated that in the USA about 87% of parental abductions are ignored by the Police and dismissed
as civil matter, despite the fact that according to the relevant laws these are crimes against children.

Something interesting and highly unusual ocurred in this case, which apparently explains why the Police did
not file criminal charges against Smadar Hameiry, and her accomplices, as they should have done. A divorce
attorney, Howard Poznanski, and an immigration attorney, Diana Levy, knowfully and willfully, provided false
information to the PBSO Detective investigating the case, to prevent him from conducting a proper investigation.
Howard Poznanski and Diana Levy are conspirators and accessories in this abduction.

The main question in this case is: Why did Smadar Hameiry not file for divorce in Florida? This question keeps
coming up time after time and it has been completely ignored by the Police. Several divorce attorneys have stated
that, if a woman comes into their office saying they wish to abduct their children to Brazil and make it look
legal, as Smadar Hameiry did when she first met Howard Poznanski, the advise they would give her would be to file
for divorce in Florida, get primary custody of the children in Florida, get the divorce finalized in Florida, and
then ask the Court for permission to leave the country. If the Court does not give permission, then go anyway,
after the divorce has been finalized. At least the woman would be divorced already.

In this particular case, because the family and the children never lived in Brazil, the divorce could have not
been done in Brazil. A Brazilian Court has no right nor jurisdiction to decide on the custody of the children.

During the first few weeks following the abduction, several divorce attorneys stated that Howard Poznanski was
not really acting like a divorce attorney, but like a criminal. Obviously Howard Poznanski is a conspirator
and an accessory in the abduction of the 3 children to Brazil. All the divorce attorneys stated that Howard
Poznanski is a criminal just by looking at the email he sent Mr. Bordaty on March 26, 2007.

And the reason is very simple: If Howard Poznanski would have believed that the allegations in this letter were
true, then why didn't he tell Smadar Hameiry to file for divorce in Florida? If anything in the letter was true,
Smadar Hameiry would have received permission from the Court to leave the country immediately, with
the children, and this would have not been considered a crime, "legally" speaking.

So why did Howard Poznanski not advise Smadar Hameiry to file for divorce in Florida instead of abducting the
children to Brazil? Obviously Howard Poznanski knew that all the allegations in this letter were false.

Another major problem is the letter sent to the PBSO by Immigration Attorney Diana Levy. This letter was shown to
several immigration attorneys to get their opinion. Just by looking at the letter, they all stated that the contents
of this letter were completely false. Some stated that this letter could not have been written by an immigration
attorney, some actually went to their computer to check if Diana Levy was really an immigration attorney.

So what is the problem with this letter? How is it possible that every single immigration attorney that saw this
letter knew immediately that the contents in the letter were false? Very simple: First, this is not the advice an
immigration attorney would give. And if for some strange reason Diana Levy did advice Smadar Hameiry to
abduct the children to Brazil, she would not put it in writting and send this letter to a Police Detective!

Obviously, Diana Levy sent this letter to the PBSO Detective investigating this crime in order to fool
him into stopping the police investigation. So, by providing false testimony to the PBSO, Diana Levy and
Howard Poznanski succeeded in fooling the PBSO Detective investigating this crime and prevented him from
continuing his investigation. Normally speaking, an immigration attorney and a divorce attorney would
not provide this level of false information to a Police Detective, which is probably the reason
they were able to fool the PBSO Detective investigating this crime.

Diana Levy sent a letter to the PBSO Detective investigating this case in order to fool him into stopping
his investigation and preventing him from finding out what really happened.

Was Howard Poznanski and Diana Levy aware of the fact that Smadar Hameiry had in fact submitted a timely
application to extend and/or modify her tourist immigration status when she spoke to them?

The fact is that both Howard Poznanski and Diana Levy were fully aware of the fact that Smadar Hameiry had
signed and submitted an application to extend/modify her immigration status. They both knew it, they both
knew that Smadar Hameiry was commiting a felony by kidnapping the children to Brazil, they knowfully and
willfully conspired with her, they knowfully and willfully assisted her, and then, in order to prevent
a police investigation, they knowfully and willfully provided false information to the PBSO Detective
investigating this crime in order to fool him and prevent him from conducting his police investigation.

It was so easy for Howard Poznanski to fool the PBSO Detective, that he then decided to fool the divorce Court
Judge and Mr. Bordaty's divorce attorneys. For a few weeks, he was successful. Nevertheless, during the divorce
proceedings, the attorneys and the Judge did something that the PBSO Detective did not do: They actually
checked the facts in this case, they checked the applicable laws, and they were not fooled.

During the divorce proceedings, Howard Poznanski focused only on the immigration issue to stop the divorce
proceedings and to try to invalidate the custody that the Florida Court had already granted Mr. Bordaty
over his children. When he failed doing that, he tried to fool the Judge and Mr. Bordaty's divorce attorney
into shifting the jurisdiction to Brazil, but he was also unsuccessful in doing that. Howard Poznanski
only talked about the alleged immigration problems as being the reason Smadar Hameiry left the
country, his focus was more on the issue of jurisdiction in order to get away with the abduction.

In regards to the opinions of the divorce attorneys and the Judge as to the behaviour of Howard Poznanski
during the divorce proceedings, one of the divorce attorneys was quoted as saying:
"THIS GUY IS NOT A DIVORCE ATTORNEY, HE IS A CRIMINAL!!!"

In fact, Howard Poznanski has been identified as a Professional Child Abductor. That is,
he was not hired to represent Smadar Hameiry with the Police or in the divorce trial,
HOWARD POZNANSKI WAS HIRED TO ASSIST SMADAR HAMEIRY IN GETTING AWAY
WITH THIS PARENTAL ABDUCTION BY MAKING IT LOOK LEGAL.

So how much money did Smadar Hameiry paid Howard Poznanski and Diana Levy to assist her in abducting the
children to Brazil? ZERO!!! Smadar Hameiry paid no money to Howard Poznanski or Diana Levy. Since when do
divorce attorneys work for free? There is no such a thing in Florida, in the USA, or anywhere in the world!

So what we have here is an alleged divorce attorney who conspired and assisted Smadar Hameiry, before
and after the abduction, who told her what to do and what to tell the police, who also provided
false information to the police and to the divorce Court, who risked losing his license and
going to jail, and he did not charge any money for it?!?!

Same with Diana Levy, who conspired and assisted Smadar Hameiry, before and after the abduction, who
told her what to do, who may have provided her with forged documents in order to leave the country,
who also provided false information to the police, who risked losing her license and going to
jail, and she did not charge any money for it?!?!

During the divorce trial Mr. Bordaty asked this question to Howard Poznanski. On July 3, 2007,
after thinking what to respond and going pale, Howard Poznanski stated that Smadar Hameiry
was paying him lots of money. But then on July 17, 2007, Howard Poznanski, after having
thought for 2 weeks about what to tell Mr. Bordaty, stated that in reality Smadar Hameiry
had not paid him any money, but that he doesn't work for free and that someone was paying
him all the legal fees. When asked who was paying him the money, Howard Poznanski
responded that he didn't know! He said someone was putting money into his bank account
but he didn't know who it was! So, according to Howard Poznanski, someone is paying
him tens of thousands of dollars and he doesn't know who is paying him the money?

After some investigative work, it was discovered that the "legal" fees paid to Howard Poznanski
and Diana Levy were paid by Yossi Denburg, owner of the Hebrew Academy Community School.

Furthermore, 3 people have stated that it was Rivka Denburg the one that came up with the idea of
kidnapping the children to Brazil. One of those people was Howard Poznanski who on July 17, 2007,
stated that: "Rivka Denburg was the one who came up with the whole idea of kidnapping the
children to Brazil". Someone else stated that the reason Rivka Denburg convinced Smadar Hameiry
of kidnapping the children to Brazil was because she wanted to get rid of her because she was
a troublemaker in the school, that Smadar was crazy and that it's not good business to have a
crazy teacher in the school. It is not known exactly what Rivka Denburg and Smadar Hameiry
talked about and who fooled who, what it's a known and indisputable fact, is that Rivka Denburg
recommended Smadar Hameiry to Diana Levy, and then to Howard Poznanski. This is the reason they
assisted her and did not charge Smadar Hameiry any money, as Yossi Denburg paid the "legal" fees.

All these people and the school are related to the Chabad organization. And it is a known fact that
Chabad separates children from their parents by providing false testimony and paying bribes. False
testimony was given by Howard Poznanski and Rivka Denburg, but was a bribe also paid?

Professional Child Abductors fool police by providing false, complex and confusing information,
about the laws and the facts in the case. When that doesn't work, they pay bribes. Also, Chabad
has developed a professional methodology for separating children from their parents and educating
them "the Chabad way". They achieve this by providing false testimony and paying bribes.

Are there any indications that a bribe was paid? First and foremost, the removal of the children
from the NCIC by the PBSO remains a mistery. People at the NCMEC, FDLE, and US State Dept were
not happy when this was done, they were even a little bit upset, maybe even shocked.

Apparently, when Howard Poznanski lost the divorce case in mid-July, he called someone at the PBSO
and told them some story or "something", and convinced them to remove the children from the NCIC.

No one at the PBSO has been able to explain the reason why the children were removed from the NCIC.
It should be made clear that when the PBSO removed the children from the NCIC, they had already
received evidence indicating that the immigration visa excuse was false. The PBSO had also
received copies of the custody order given to Mr. Bordaty by the Florida Court, and the
PBSO had already received evidence indicating that Smadar Hameiry was properly served
and that she had responded to the custody orders issued by the Florida Court.
When the FBI got involved in the case, they put the children back into the NCIC.

Howard Poznanski is a criminal who is directly responsible for the abduction of the children to Brazil.

Diana Levy is a criminal who is directly responsible for the abduction of the children to Brazil.

Yossi Denburg is a criminal who is directly responsible for the abduction of the children to Brazil.

Rivka Denburg is a criminal who is directly responsible for the abduction of the children to Brazil.

Why is the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office protecting these criminals? These child abductors?
